VROPACE – REFUND POLICY Effective Date: January 1, 2026 Because our work is custom and service-based, refunds are limited. 1. Advance Payments Advance payments are generally non-refundable once research, planning, design, development, or delivery work has started. 2. Cancellation If a project is cancelled after work begins, charges apply for the work already completed or reserved. 3. Delays Refunds are not issued for delays caused by missing content, late feedback, third-party services, or client-side approvals. 4.
